Tacvia Terms of Use

Welcome to Tacvia. By accessing or using our platform and services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use Tacvia.

1. Overview of Services
Tacvia provides verified business data by county and business type, available through one-time access or subscription plans. Users can view, filter, and export leads for internal business use.

2. Account Eligibility and Use
  • Accounts are licensed for individual use only. Shared logins are prohibited.
  • Automated tools, scraping, or any form of data harvesting is strictly forbidden.
  • Violations result in immediate account termination without refund.

3. Plans and Subscriptions
Tacvia offers:
  • One-Time Use (per county/business type)
  • Monthly and Yearly Subscriptions (auto-renew by default)
Users can cancel anytime. Cancellations do not trigger refunds, but users retain access until the end of their billing cycle.

4. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued at Tacvia’s sole discretion. Users may unsubscribe and request a refund, but approval is not guaranteed, especially after accessing or exporting data.

5. Licensing and Data Usage
  • Data is licensed to the individual or team who purchased it.
  • Exported data collected during active access can continue to be used by the user.
  • Users may use Tacvia data in CRMs, emails, or sales pipelines.
  • Reselling, sharing outside your team, or posting Tacvia data publicly is not allowed.

6. Admin and User Management
  • Admins may assign or remove users and reassign licenses.
  • When users are removed, access ends immediately.
  • Removed users cannot access Tacvia, but may continue using data exported during their access period.

7. Data Accuracy and Availability
  • Tacvia aims to provide accurate, up-to-date business data but does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular use.
  • Some business details, such as phone numbers, websites, or contact info, may be unavailable or incomplete based on public data limitations.
  • Tacvia assumes responsibility for outages affecting access and may issue service credits at its discretion.

8. Intellectual Property and Competitive Use
  • All software, designs, filters, maps, and processes are proprietary to Tacvia.
  • Users may not reverse-engineer, replicate, or build a similar tool using Tacvia’s content.
  • Use by competitors or lead generation software developers is strictly prohibited.
  • Tacvia reserves the right to pursue legal action for any misuse or imitation of its system.

9. Termination
Tacvia may suspend or revoke access for:
  • Terms of Use violations
  • Data misuse
  • Automated scraping or shared login abuse
  • Competitive or unauthorized use
No refunds will be issued in these cases.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina, and all disputes must be handled in courts located in or near Ridgeville, SC.

11. Modifications to Terms
Tacvia may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
